It’s very important to build a strong team of at least a high net worth partner along with a supporting team of a RE attorney, a Syndication attorney, many great RE Brokers in the emerging markets you are planning to invest in along with a strong Loan Broker. I have the attitude that we are serving many through the Multifamily syndication process – the valued investors, residents, and staff.
I love to speak to larger groups of investors and helping them explore their great avenue of Building Wealth through Commercial Investing from the funds in self-directed IRAs, 401(k) and other tax-deferred alternatives.
